AmericanHort Meeting Policy
All meetings held during Cultivate'18, including those at area hotels, are subject to the approval of AmericanHort to minimize conflict with Cultivate'18 events and functions. Meetings include, but are not limited to, receptions, demonstrations, technical seminars, and training sessions. Meeting space may not be used as an alternative to or as an addition to booth space on the show floor. Meeting space may only be reserved by an exhibitor, sponsor, or approved organization and cannot be used in lieu of exhibit space.
Restricted hours are:
Saturday, July 14, 2018 9am – 5pm
Sunday, July 15, 2018 8am – 6pm
Monday, July 16, 2018 8am – 5pm
Tuesday, July 17, 2018 8am – 1pm
